I actually did the race on Wave gear.. 4.2 EVOQ and Flywave 84 I can safely say 40km (4x10km) on wave kit is hardcore on the shins!! As your feet are in the middle of the board.. finished 123rd.. Ill take that considering the speed difference to the slalom boards! Lets see what tomorrow brings!!
