When you freeride windsurf, you want to rig quick, plane quick & sail quick. As well you want to nail all those jibes & tacks. The Ezzy Cheetah is geared for doing just that. It is a speed machine but without the hassle of camber inducers like a race sail would have. This makes it lighter & quicker to rotate, which makes jibing way easier. Here at Windance we ride the Cheetah when conditions are 5.5m2 & up. Most of our non-Gorge customers buy the sail in 6.5m2 & 7.5m2 sizes for use in flat-water to knee-high chop.

Fanatic riders Kai-Nicolas Steimer and Lena Albrecht went on a unique SUP trip last month: Norway in January at around minus 21 degrees with three hours daylight per day. The trade winds kicked back in on the North Shore of Maui at Pe'ahi aka Jaws. Early morning continued with bombs from the day before that surfers like Shane Dorian, Ian Walsh, Francisco Porcella and others dared to ride.
