The German windsurfer continued his dominance of El Cabezo to move up to second overall in the world rankings. He may well defend his PWA wave world title.

"I didn't land my double planing, but it was a good one and a solid start to the heat, I also got my best wave of the contest in the super final, so I was super happy. It feels great to win again, and I'm super stoked," says Philip Köster.

Thomas Traversa defeated Köster once but wasn't able to beat the Köster a second time. The Frenchman showed control in the waves, excelled in the air, but couldn't pull another double forward in the super final.

In the Women's division, Daida Moreno sealed a back-to-back victory, after forcing a super final against her sister Iballa Moreno. Landing a one-handed backloop and demonstrating aggressive, and vertical riding in the waves eventually paid-off.

"Today has been amazing for me. I was pretty calm. I love this spot, and I think I proved myself as a wave rider as well. I'm super happy to win here again," added Daida Moreno.

Ricardo Campello stole the Siam Park Tow in Exhibition.
