Great conditions in Tenerife were backed by some radical action from Team Pryde sailors: Robby Swift, Sarah-Quita Offringa, Jules Denel, Antoine Martin and Leon Jamaer.

This year, Robby Swift K-89 was in excellent form and in ‘his’ best-ever Tenerife conditions he pulled off high jumps and powerful wave rides to achieve the highest score in his whole career -34 points!- and again took the 6th place. Leon Jamaer G-208 and Jules Denel FRA-41 both sailed some good heats and were able to improve their last year’s result: 13th. And the same is true for Antoine Martin F-193 result (17th) but he performed best in Siam Park Tow-In Night Exhibition – he came 2nd. Almost perfect racing conditions in the morning interrupted by afternoon storm. Most from 335 competitors got back home on their own and some sail out again to complete the penultimate day of racing.
