Almost perfect racing conditions in the morning interrupted by afternoon storm. Most from 335 competitors got back home on their own and some sail out again to complete the penultimate day of racing.

This year Pozo was windy as rarely before. Many sailors thought it was the windiest Pozo ever. Unfortunately, as a result, the waves did not come up to the usual Pozo standards. Sara-Quota Offringa beat one of the Moreno twins to finish 2nd — her highest finish yet and a sign of things to come. Robby Swift K-89 was in excellent form battling his way through the heats and finishing in 5th place. Antoine Martin F-193, Jules Denel FRA-41 and Leon Jamaer G-208 sailed solid heats to finish in the top 10.
