TWS Pro Slalom Training organised by TENERIFE WINDSURF SOLUTION center in El Medano, brings every winter all the big names in World Cup Slalom to train for the upcoming racing season. In what was anticipated to be the windiest day of the competition, the Single Elimination drew to a close with Yentel Caers (NeilPryde/JP) coming out victorious. In tricky conditions the Belgian fended off current tour leader Jacopo Testa (Point-7/AV-Boards) who underperformed in the final. The podium was complete with multiple European Champion and veteran of the freestyle scene Steven van Broeckhoven (Gun Sails/Starboard) coming in third. Each year we organize the TWS (https://www.tws-windsurf.com), Pro Slalom Trainings from the beginning of January till middle of April. A big part of the PWA and IFCA riders join us 4 days per week to train for their upcoming racing season. This week we join Malte Reuscher on the strong wind day. Wind: 25-30kt gusting to 35knots. Kit setup: Tabou Manta 66 and Ga Vapor 6.4
