For most of my life, I have wave sailed and trained in Port Tack conditions (wind from the left) and I've managed to build up a good repertoire of moves. Day 5: Offringa Matches Goyard's Perfect Record, Whilst Marion Mortefon Claims First Foil Event Title The wind filled in a little later on the final day of the 2021 Tiberias PWA World Cup, however, just after 3pm the racing was under, but what promised to be an action-filled day, with event titles and podium positions on the line, proved to be slightly anticlimactic with the Women’s Slalom & Foil, and the Men’s Slalom top 3 finishing the day as it had started. Day 4: Goyard Claims a Perfect Victory with a Day to Spare | Offringa Fights Back & Oppedal Moves into Foil Title Contention The penultimate day of the Tiberias PWA World Cup turned out to be the windiest and busiest yet with 3 Women’s Slalom Eliminations, 1 Foil & 2 Men’s Slalom being completed in winds gusting over 30 knots, which saw some savage wipeouts as huge gusts claimed many unsuspecting victims. Day 2: Goyard & Offringa Continue to Shine, Whilst Marion Mortefon Claims First Foil Bullet The wind filled in a bit later on day two of the Tiberias PWA World Cup, and remained slightly lighter than than the opening day with winds of anywhere from 6-20 knots, but the victors remained the same in the Slalom as Nicolas Goyard (Phantom / Phantom Sails / Phantom Foils) and Sarah-Quita Offringa (Starboard / NeilPryde / Maui Ultra Fins) both extended their advantage at the top of the event rankings.
