Well most of us were getting ready to tuck into Christmas dinner and veg out on the sofa, Jason Polakow was in full on windsurf mode, getting into a bit of a ‘situation’ on the north shore of Oahu! Check out the photo and hear Jason explain exactly what was going down out there…

“So Here is a great shot from Christmas Eve. It was taken on the North-shore of Oahu. I got in a lot of trouble as you can see from this shot. I was in serious trouble as I got caught in a bad current and could not get into the inside or get to the outside . After getting 3 to 4 huge sets on the head I managed to swim to the outside where the rescue ski picked me up. Thanks to the Sunset life-guards for all there help.” – Jason Polakow
