Best Contest Ever...

Win the Lottery for a free trip to Brazil!

Windsport Magazine in cooperation with Vela Windsurf Resorts will offer you the chance to win a free vacation to Brazil. Here is how to participate:

1. Click on the Dreams movie image below and watch Windsport's exclusive presentation of the movie.

2. At some moment in the film you will see a special question asked to enter the lottery for this contest. Remember this question.     

3. Fill in the answer to this question on the entry form provided at www.windsport.com/lottery, along with all your personal info.

4. Take note of the lottery code generated after the entry form is submitted.

5. Keep reading below for info on contest rules, deadlines, how the draw will happen and everything that the prize contains.

Lottery rules:

1. Only one entry is allowed per person.

2. Prize will only be delivered if all personal and address data in the form is accurate and demonstrated by document evidence.

3. Valid only for residents of USA and Canada.

4. Participation of employees of SBC Media, Vela Resorts, TAM airlines, ClubVentos and their direct family members is forbidden.

How the draw will happen:

1. The upload page will be available until date of 14 October 2014.

2. Every filled form will receive a unique random five-digit generated number, which will be your code for the lottery participation.

3. The number of the first prize of the official federal lottery of Brazil of 15 October 2014, which will be posted on the official website at https://www1.caixa.gov.br/loterias/loterias/federal/federal_resultado.asp will be used to determine the winner of the prize.

4. In case there is not an exact match between a code generated by the upload form and the number of the first prize of the Brazilian federal lottery, the code with the smallest numeric difference wins the prize. In case two codes have the same numeric difference to the lottery result (one smaller and the other bigger than the lottery number by the same numeric difference), the bigger code wins the prize.

5. The winning code will be posted at www.windsport.com on the date of 17 October 2014. Efforts will be made to contact the winner by email and telephone, but it is the responsibility of the participant to check the result and claim the prize following the instructions posted on the webpage of the result within seven days of the posting.

6. In case the winning code does not fill the requirements to collect the prize (correct full name, date of birth, city and country of residence, and correct answer to the question posted in the movie) or does not claim the prize within seven days, the prize will be forwarded to the next code with smallest numeric difference as described in item 4. If again the next winner fails to fulfil the prize collection requirements, the process will be repeated until a succeeding winner is found. For every new attempt to deliver the prize, another seven-day cycle starts (Thursday till Wednesday) waiting for the new potential winner to claim the prize.

7. Any unforeseen cases will be resolved by Windsport Magazine.

Prize composition:

1. Two round-trip tickets Miami-Fortaleza-Miami (economy class), to be used between December 1, 2014 and September 30, 2015. Dates must be chosen within seven days of prize delivery. If the chosen dates are unavailable, the winner will be notified about available dates so that he/she may choose the most suitable. One of the passengers must be the prize winner.

2. Transfer in/out for two persons between Fortaleza airport and either Icaraizinho or Jericoacoara. (the winner chooses the destination)

3. Seven nights accommodation in one double room with breakfast included in a beachfront pousada in either Icaraizinho (pousada Les Alizes) or Jericoacoara (Pousada Ponta da Pedra) depending on the choice of destination made by the winner. If the chosen period is unavailable, the winner will be informed of available dates and can choose the most suitable.

4. Two windsurf rental services for a period of seven days. If one of the travellers cannot windsurf, the rental will be converted to windsurf lessons or SUP lessons and rentals depending on his/her choice.

5. All other meals, extra services, tours, activities, extension of stay, etc., are not included and must be paid by the winner.
