After having spent more than two months in South-Africa this winter, the Dutch freestyle windsurfer Maarten van Ochten seemed to be ready for the competitions this year, but a meniscus injury forced him to undergo surgery and to rehab. Maarten missed out the freestyle competitions on the Canaries, but is highly motivated to be back on the water soon.
