What a weekend at Wells!!!

As you all know we had fantastic wind forecast over the weekend that got a lot of locals and some new faces down to the beach.I must say, I had the best sail I have had in a very long time.I first went out on my Fanatic Freewave Textreme 106L with a 6.5 Severne Gator. The conditions were flat , bump and jump and a nice clean wave set on the inside bar so we had it all going on. All I can say is the combination I was using worked a dream for me. If you see me on the kit please try and get me off so you can give it a try!The wind then started to strengthen as the tide went out so I opted for my Fanatic Freewave 85L with a 5.3 Gator.Even with this I was totally over powered so kept going until my body could take it no longer (6 hours which is not bad for an old f**t like me)Here’s hoping we get loads more weekends like this …….Stephen
