After my weekend with Andy 'Bubbles' Chambers and Colin 'Whippy' Dixon a while back, I'm enthused about using my local lake for some light wind freestyle when there's wind, but not enough to make a trip to the coast. I was amazed how quickly you learn and it really improves overall sail control.
