I managed to get second at the 2016 Margret River Wave Sailing Event in the Open Division – 06-07.February. It was a great event and lots of fun. I had a great surf in the morning for 3 hours, then straight into the event. The wind was light to start with the 102L Thruster Quad. As the heats progressed the wind picked up and the swell was a fun size. I was super happy to get the second as the guy who got first lives at Margret River and sails it really well.
