NB-20 reports:I’m back from Australia since last week and in full preparation for the new season.Upon arrival I was surprised with the “Bonaire Sportsman and Talent of the Year Award 2015″.

It feels great to be honored at home with the Sportsman and Talent of the Year 2015 award. Radio-station 94.7 here on Bonaire covers always all sport-events and –news whether it is a football team or an individual athlete.Every month a “Sportsman of the Month” is chosen by their committee and out of these 12 one will become the Sportsman of the Year and/or Talent of the Year. After winning the EFPT-title in October I already became Sportsman of the Month October. Because I was in Australia, they even delayed the Year-award ceremony until my return in February!

Such a surprise and honor – another cherry on my 2015 cake !! I’m really happy about it! It was a great season for me and I hope to move up the bar a few notches this coming season again.
