Victor Fernandez spends the winter and early spring on Maui to windsurf in ideal wave conditions, to prepare for the upcoming competition season, to test new 2017 prototypes and to participate in the annual photo shootings. Kona Winds are caused by cyclones, the normal trade wind stops
