The pre-event week got a great start yesterday, SUNDAY , with a fun invitational downwinder for the windsurfing and kiteboarding girls. Today, MONDAY starts the fitness week! Pick your gym, location or teacher and have a good time and hopefully we won’t be too sore tomorrow so we can do it gain!! This morning I will be going to Rebeccas, Booty-Barre class in Haiku at the FusionFit gym. Hope to see some of you there!

Tuesday morning 9:30am & Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm WHERE? 1813 Baldwin Ave, Makawao, HI 96768 This class takes place on the grounds of the beautiful Lumeria, a vacation destination WHO? Taught by my Kumus, Dennis and Hoku Imamura
