There will so be SUP/ SUPilates sessions during the NWF weekend. WherePilates focuses very much on building core stability( abs,back&pelvis) and strength, mobility and flexibility of the whole body, which is beneficial for all sports.
SUPilates has arrived from the USA and Australia, where it’s been a massive hit.It’s a unique, dynamic and fun workout performed on a large anchored paddleboard, floating on water, and is suitable for ages and abilities.
Performing Pilates on water challenges our balance and adds intensity to every movement, resulting in a stronger core, improved body alignment, balance, co-ordination,and inspires a sense of well-being.

Sophy is an ASI and SUPfit SUP/ SUPilates instructor, founder of RiverFit SUPilates UK, head instructor of Epic SUP and coaches for Active 360 Paddleboarding London. She teaches Reformer/matwork Pilates, FFYoga and has a portfolio of private clients in her Personal Training business.
