Former PWA Wave World Champion — Thomas Traversa (Tabou / GA Sails) — was forced to withdraw from the NoveNove Aloha Classic after suffering a fractured cheekbone. The Frenchman still finishes the 2016 season in fourth place overall and we’re glad to say he’s back on the water.

With a full-face helmet for protection Traversa headed to Brittany in search of a classic autumn storm and by the looks of his latest video the 30-year-old found exactly what he was looking for with strong winds and bowly sections to hit, which he does with a combination of carving turns, frontside 3s and goiters.
