Summer maybe over now in Europe, but Sam Esteve (JP / NeilPryde) is on hand to bring you the last of the summer vibes with a Tow-In Freestyle installment from the South of France - Paulilles to be exact.

The 21-year-old Frenchman finished 8th overall for 2018 after a joint 9th and 5th place in Fuerteventura and Sylt respectively.
