Bonaire PWA Youth Slalom World Cup

From the 13th-18th June, beautiful Bonaire will host the second stop of the PWA Youth World Tour for the next generation of racers. The opening day will be purely for registration with the racing getting underway on Saturday.

Lac Bay, Sorobon, will take centre stage after the opening event in Aruba, which concluded on the second of June, and with its idyllic conditions, there should be more great racing coming up.

Brendan Lorho (FMX Racing / S2Maui) will be the one to watch in the U21 Boys Fin Slalom after winning 13 out of the 16 eliminations completed in Aruba. However, in the U21 Boys Foil, things promise to be much tighter between Lorho and Kasper Nielsen (Duotone Windsurfing / F4 Foils), who produced a superb comeback in Aruba to win the event.

Meanwhile, in the U17 Boys Fin Slalom, Tycho Smits (Future Fly / Point-7) will be hoping to capitalise on his home water advantage to secure back-to-back event victories, while Arxon Gomperts (Future Fly / Point-7) will be looking to secure another victory in the U15 Boys Fin Slalom.

Unfortunately, there won’t be a livestream from Bonaire, but we will be bringing you daily highlights.
