'Some Welsh Bloke' (Emyr Meek) sent me a message the other week asking if he could use our footage for a video project he was doing to motivate himself to do the 'Forward Loop' this Summer.

I, of course, said YES... and offered to help him out with a bit of online coaching... with one catch... we take the pressure to the next level by putting it on the channel!

He said YES... and the 'Some Welsh Bloke' series was born!
