Background: 'Some Welsh Bloke' (Emyr Meek) sent me a message the other week asking if he could use our footage for a video project he was doing to motivate himself to do the 'Forward Loop' this Summer.

I, of course, said YES... and offered to help him out with a bit of online coaching... with one catch... we take the pressure to the next level by putting it on the channel!
