WHAT AN END TO THE MENS DOUBLE ELIMINATION

Halfway through the Double Elimination final, Philip Koster lost his gear in a double forward attempt and ended up on the bunker whilst Marcilio Browne was stomping a 10 point Push Forward. A long run back to get a new set of gear but it wasnt enough to overcome the deficit, forcing a Super Final after Philip won this Single and Marcilio won the Double.

In the Super Final, he was untouchable. Now on a 3.4, he opened with a perfect push forward and back it up with some solid wave rides to take his 8th World Cup victory in Gran Canaria
