A small group of Bavarians and of course one crazy Austrian took the long way up to the Netherlands to get a good session on and off the water. The forecast looked very good for Saturday and Sunday... Mondey rather unsurfable. We did not expect 51 knots of wind in peaks and so we just have tried to survive sometimes but we had good fun anyway! It was funny to see a spot like Wijk getting crowded with around 200 surfers and 200 kiters on Saturday and nearly empty on Sunday...
Because of my broken foot I just surfed saturday with around good 5 beaufourt. The way out was shit... the way back was crap... riding waves was ok and just hurts a little... but after good two hours I decided to hobble on the beach and take some videoclips - good decision ;)
