This is how my day started few days ago practicing and testing my slalom gear with Xavier, during my second session in the afternoon with Miguelito I had the slalom sailing worst wipe out of my life dislocating my shoulder, messed up some ligaments and muscles, I had to sail back in to the beach for about 10 minutes, worst pain ever!

Thanks to one of my friends Miguelito for helping me out there and also to Xavi for taking me to the hospital, a couple weeks out of the water, thanks god I got health and in no time I will be back even stronger to kick ass on the water!
